Marco Van Basten is the greatest striker in the world during the lately 1980s. He was two foots grace with close control, quick on the turn and excellent in the air, He scored Spectacular goals for club and country. He was best remembered with his winning goal in European Championship 1988 final match against Soviet Union. He shot from a seemingly impossible angle. The shear audacity and technique of that strike showed his supreme class. Van Basten was very success in his career with AC Milan, and regarded as the greatest striker in history of Italian Series A. Despite average of score per game in the league was lower than any era due to appearances of many world-class defenders but he still scored 90 goals in 147 games.
